Touch Thyself
Dr. Elsea leads you through experiential anatomy training to awaken your hands wild and infinite wisdom, deepen palpatory skills and learn basic physical analysis for you and your family! We will touch our way through the joints, learning how they connect, hold and create a body with integrity through which your neurology and energy may flow smoothly.
2 hours- hands on course with a guided mindfulness meditation to pull it all together through the breath in the end.
Goddess Garb
Elsea Dive into the world of garments, adornments & costuming, & how the way we dress effect both our physical & energetic body, & how we can harness this power to unearth, cleanse, balance and bring to life the goddess within. We look into personal power hues, shapes & elements to bring forth your personal feminine power. To feel her.
2 hours- playing with articles both brought & borrowed to bring forth sensations and visions of the glory that is the goddess in every woman. Optional photos at the end!
Creature Crawl
From the eyes of the creatures the world looks new. Elsea leads as you embark on a (mostly) silent moving meditation, take a page from our animal companions here and share in a silent moving meditation, wherein you are guideded through an interactive experience with the farm, its magical spaces and inhabitants. We enjoy the mindfullness of nature together, breathing through the intense impulse to reflect on it aloud so that we may listen, not only with our ears but with our bodies. Oh the places we'll go!
2 hours- 1 of creature speak and then a circle with tea to reflect, share & learn together about nature, our nature, & it all. Ages 8+
